Tents & Touring Caravan Terms
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VARY THE FOLLOWING IF CONDITIONS DEMAND
Families — Bookings can only be accepted for family parties or couples.
Dogs — There is no charge for dogs. Dogs must be ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES ON THE CARAVAN PARK. Dogs must be exercised in the dog exercise area or on the cliff top.
Caravan Length - We can not accept caravans longer than 18ft due to pitch restrictions for Bank Holiday periods and the period 16th July - 1st September.
Deposits — A minimum deposit of £40 per site per week or part week or £80 if the stay is longer than 7 nights or full payment when the total amount is less than the deposit, is required. Reservations are made subject to the site being available on receipt of your deposit. There are no refunds of deposits. Balance to be paid 14 days prior to arrival or cash on the day of arrival.
Payment methods — Payment can be made online when signed in to your user profile. Cheques to be made payable to Crows Nest Caravan Park. Credit/ Debit Cards are accepted with a £2 administration fee.
Check in — Sites are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival. Please notify in advance of any arrival after 6pm or a later date. We reserve the right to relet the caravan if not informed.
Check out — On departure, site to be vacated by 12 noon unless alternative arrangements have been authorised in Reception.
Amenities — The bar, supermarket and fish shop may not be open at all times early and late season. There is a nominal entrance charge to the swimming pool, open Easter to the end of September.
Extras — Electricity is free of charge for all touring sites. Electric hook-ups for tents are limited and charged at £3.00 per night extra. Showers are free of charge.
Motorcycles and Scooters — Are not allowed on the park at any time.
Disclaimer — The management will not accept responsibility for the loss, damage or injury to any person or their property whilst on their premises. The management shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft from or to a vehicle or hire unit.
