Answer
Site fees – Site fees are due on 1st March every year. All payments which are received before this time will be reduced by £50.00. Gas – Gas bottles are to be purchased from the site as and when you need them. We advise owners to have 2 bottles at all times, so if one bottle runs out during the night it will automatically switch over to the full bottle. Gas can be purchased from reception and we will deliver it to your caravan and collect the empty bottle during normal hours. Insurance – All caravans must have insurance. Using our scheme payment is due by 1st September. Electric – Every caravan has its own digital meter; this is read once a year in September and is due in September. Facilities – The only facility that incurs a fee is the Swimming Pool. When it was first built we did not think it was fair to include this in the site fees, as not everybody uses the pool. Therefore everybody who uses it pays for it. Some facilities may not be open all the time during early and late season. Optional: Winter drain down – This service offers to drain your caravan down at the end of the season and also set it back up again at the start of the following season. Five working days notice is advised for reconnection.
